Delicious smoothy recipe for detox, low energy and weight loss


1 cup chopped kale

1/4 cup parsley

1/2" chunk of fresh ginger

1 small beet (quartered)

1 lemon (peeled)

1 apple (core and seeds removed)

1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds

1 tablespoon chia seeds

Add to max line: water or non-dairy milk

BLEND: all ingredients
