Eat regularly and balanced meals. Plenty of veggies, healthy fats and fibers. Reduce carbs and animal protein (especially red meat).
Choose whole foods. Learn to read labels

Spices such as coriander, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves and cardamom
will naturally sweeten your foods and reduce cravings.
Nutrient deficiencies can make cravings worse and the fewer nutrient deficiencies, the fewer cravings. Take a good quality of Multi Vitamin and minerals, Probiotic, Omega-3 fatty acids and Vitamin D3.
